Congratulations to artist Sue Watson-Bongard, our latest Instagram winner!
Sue is from Courtice, Ontario, working full time as an art therapist at one of the larger hospitals in Toronto. Sue's jewelry is a mix of pen and ink illustration and some watercolor on wood with an ArtResin finish.
While working with her patients, Sue loves showing them how creating art can truly make a difference in one’s health and well-being. For herself, art provides the opportunity to fully live in the moment.
Much of Sue's work is illustration mounted on wood. She will then apply ArtResin to coat and finish the artwork because of its high quality finish and its ability to keep colors vivid. She calls it her "secret weapon".
